We do not accept American Express (AMEX) credit card payments.

Bills are due about 20 days from the date they are created.  A finance charge of 1.5%/month (18% annually) will apply to late balances.  Accounts with late balances may have their electricity/water shut off.  Deferred payment arrangements maybe permitted.  If you pay online on the date your utilities are scheduled to be shut off because of delinquency, please contact the Utility Billing Office at (435) 716-9195.

I agree and understand that the City of Logan Online Esuite Payment Portal is designed for residential and small commercial customers with payments totaling $3,000 or less per month per account (individual or aggregate payments per account per month). Large commercial customers should utilize other methods of payment by contacting and working with the Logan City Utility Billing Office.

I AGREE THAT ANY ONLINE ESUITE PAYMENT(S) OVER $3,000 PER MONTH ON A SINGLE LOGAN CITY UTILITY ACCOUNT WILL RESULT IN A 2% SURCHARGE ON MY NEXT UTILITY BILL. THE SURCHARGE WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CREDIT CARD FOR THAT MONTH.
